A national UK-based support group for parents of children with Autism and Aspergers Syndrome. We're desperately seeking books on Autism, Asperger's, and related medical conditions to go towards forming a lending library of books for the support group - if you do have any, please do get in touch because we'd love to mooch them from you! Some of the books we mooch are for children on the spectrum, probably in their areas of special interest. If we do end up with a lot of points, we'll let harrassed mums, dads, carers and siblings mooch some books for a bit of "me" time. Everyone deserves a book to make the world a brighter place! The account is managed by MissMac and a couple of other volunteer mums - all of whom have children with autism. We are very grateful for all the lovely people, kindness and understanding we have found here.
