I have a large number of Food and Craft magazines listed

All are in very good condition - no missing pages, splashes

I was wondering how do you list magazines without putting in the title and everything else every time. If an easier way I can post a lot of magazines.

I hand add the title and then copy and paste into the author field and then add the number of pages and the publication date.

If you have multiples of the same title,copy and paste the title and just update the month/year.

I have not found a quicker way than this

Thanks. I will try doing this after I get all the books updated. Going over the bookshelves and making sure everyone is listed. Pull over listed books. Add the same condition notes to each book so I can locate the books better. I will set all the magazines to the side. I have a few more shelves of books to work on. di

Thanks I have to get rid of all the magazines I have. I have donated a few to Church for the kids and may list my Real simple ones when I find the time to get them all listed. Just getting all the books updated again and still have a few more shelves to go over and I should be caught up. Di
