Dee (USA: NM) (2007/07/16): This is one of those books that you read and it stays with you for a long time after. It is the heartrending story of a young Jewish boy, of how he struggled through life in the prison camps, of how he lost all his family to either the crematory or to prison camp "life". This story is terrifyingly powerful! Yet for all the horror written on these pages, it is a book that perhaps we all should take the chance to read.
Tara (USA: WA) (2008/03/13): Haunting story that will stay on the recesses of your mind for many years. Stark and realistic descriptions of the death camps and all of the mind numbing atrocities that happened to this individual will never be forgotten. Fast read.
Donna (USA: MI) (2008/08/20): Wonderful book, could not put it down.
Denise (USA: IN) (2008/11/04): Read it in one day, but details seemed incomplete and it seemed the author wrote it in a hurry.
~Manda~ (USA: IN) (2009/06/10): This was required reading when I was in HS. I did like the book. I felt like it was incomplete little bit. That something was missing. Overall I thought it was a wonderful read. Its a good book to read on a trip, since its not that long of a book.
