May 2011 - YEA! We found an old farmhouse to rent and we are almost unpacked. My books are the only things still in boxes because all my bookshelves need to be anchored to the walls. I am hoping within the next day or two, I can unpack them and send everything I own out. Thanks again to everyone who was ever so patient and allowing me the time to get organized!
Joanne March 2011 - We sold our home and moved all within 3 weeks. Needless to say, I have been crazy busy since Christmas and have not had time for any of my book clubs. Right now, we are staying with my son's family in Gatineau, helping them get their home ready to sell since they are moving to another post. We are also looking for a place to rent for a year so we can decide what to do next. Sorry for all the delays and heres hoping things will be back to normal soon. Joanne (Jan 2010 - Well, I have a new rule. I will only send to people who will send to me. I just listed eight very wish listed books and they were grabbed by people who wouldn't send books to me. Seems unfair.) All of my books are registered in www.bookcrossing.com. Therefore they all have a written in bookcrossing ID and/or a bookcrossing sticker inside the front cover. When you recieve a book from me, I would appreciate if you journalized the book in bookcrossing. You do not have to be a member to do this. Also, I wanted to enter all my books at once so I didn't write the condition, just e-mail me and I will let you know. Most of my sci-fi books are pretty old. I am not even sure I have the right edition listed here. Thanks! |
